Keith specialises in roles within the Electronic Component Manufacturing and Distribution sector.  His client base consists of both domestic and multinational manufacturers and distributors of electronic components and sub-assemblies such as semiconductors, electro-mechanical and interconnect products, passives, power supplies, cable harnesses etc.  Assignments undertaken include customer facing roles such as Field Sales and Field Applications, supplier facing roles such as Product/Franchise Management and Senior Management roles, in all disciplines, up to Board Level. For the past 10 years Keith has built a strong reputation for the quality of the candidates he puts forward.  A testament to this is the amount of repeat business he receives.  Clients know that the candidates which Keith present will very closely match their requirements and that they will never have to sift through a pile of inappropriate applicants.  More than 90% of the candidates Keith puts forward are taken to interview.  This success rate stems from Keith's knowledge and experience of the industry.

Previous Experience
Keith is a qualified Electronics Engineer with a successful career in the computer, telecom and general electronics industry.  He is an accomplished General Manager and Troubleshooter who has acquired a wide range of experience in such disciplines as International Technical Sales, Manufacturing, Project Management, Field Service, Procurement and Quality Management in roles which have been undertaken in UK, Europe and USA.  He is fluent in German and has put this to very good use throughout his career, particularly during his time in Technical Sales which was primarily spent opening up the communist Eastern Bloc in the mid-80's.

Interests
Outside of business, Keith always seems to have some project underway which usually involves woodwork, plumbing, electrics, tiling and/or decorating.  When not busy with his projects, he and his wife spend as much time as possible keeping in contact, where possible face-to-face, with their many friends and family spread throughout the UK and overseas – although much of the focus these days is given to their two little grandchildren.
