Mick is Principal Consultant for Supply Chain positions in industries as diverse as aerospace, engineering, food and drink, medical products, retail, FMCG and electronics as well as the public sector. Middle management and senior roles have been filled in purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and distribution, planning and supply chain general management.  In addition Mick operates with director level general management roles.For the last 8 years Mick has developed strong relationships with clients and candidates in a range of blue chip companies, many of whom have returned to him for career advice and guidance, as well as specific job needs.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining CNA, Mick gained a degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University and then, after working in industry for 14 years, obtained an MBA from Cranfield. Subsequently he operated as Managing Director in 2 subsidiaries of international businesses. Mick has wide exposure to many business functions, and utilises this experience and exposure to aid his clients during the Search process.

Interests
Away from business Mick enjoys sport and the outdoor life. After playing regular rugby for many years he now restricts himself to watching Worcester Warriors, but still plays village cricket and social badminton. In addition he is a keen walker, recently completing the 31 miles of the hilly Worcestershire Way in a day, in aid of a local charity.
