Disha Solanki M.Sc. MBA		Principal Consultant - Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare
		Disha manages specialist search assignments within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and healthcare. Assignments undertaken are typically mid management to senior executive roles. She has a particular affinity with Medical, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs functions but also leads some of the searches for senior Commercial and Financial positions, particularly within mainstream Pharmaceuticals and the Public Sector. Previous Experience
Disha began her career working within an NHS primary care trust. Building on this expereince she moved into the private sector, initially in customer care, before moving into the Pharmaceutical Industry where she spent five years in commercial roles with Pfizer and AAH Pharmaceuticals. Latterly she was involved in business to business project management helping to enable strategic business partners improve their revenue streams and profitabilty.

Prior to joining CNA, Disha obtained an MBA from Aston Business School, specialising in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.  Her main focus was on developing the pharmacy contract model, working in partnership with independent community pharmacists.

Disha also previously gained an M.Sc. in Marketing Management

Interests
Away from business Disha enjoys travelling, swimming, pilates and spending time with family and friends.
