Our standard services are free to all candidates: you will not be charged for any consultation or advice provided to you by our consultants in relation to any assignment we have been commissioned to perform or in connection with any marketing activities you have agreed to be conducted on your behalf.

We will not discriminate against you on any basis covered by requirements of UK law. Your suitability for any position will be assessed on merit based on the relevance of your career background, qualifications, verifiable career achievements and references.

We will always treat you with respect and honesty and openly appraise you of your chances of success for any assignment or opportunity we are working on. We will provide you with feedback on any information relevant to any activities we undertake on your behalf as soon as is reasonably possible. We will not promise to undertake any actions on your behalf that cannot be undertaken in a reasonable time scale.

Your personal identifying information will remain confidential until you authorise its release. We will not send your CV to any third party without your express permission.

What We Expect From You

Trust, honesty and respect. You must disclose all facts relevant to your eligibility for any position you have applied or are being considered for.

When we are working on your behalf we need to be in regular contact. Please treat each and every attempt to contact you as urgent and return our calls as soon as possible.

When presenting you as a candidate for one of our opportunities we will need quite a high degree of information for you. Our clients retain us because we go to greater lengths to provide them with the best, thoroughly assessed, candidates. Again treat all requests for information as urgent and provide it as soon as possible.

After each and every meeting or interview our clients will be waiting for rapid feedback. Make a commitment to call us as soon as you leave the meeting.

Let us know if you are working with any other recruitment firm or have applied for any other positions within the last year. If we are going to dedicate a high degree of our time helping you develop your career we need your commitment to this process. During this period do not let others ‘muddy the waters’ and get in the way of your success.
