Our pledge to you


We will thoroughly investigate the market and present the best available candidates for your attention. We will not over promote any candidate or their credentials. We will thoroughly assess each candidate’s credentials and provide you with an honest assessment presenting their weakness as well as strengths.

We will be open and transparent about our fee structures and will not seek to renegotiate once an agreement has been reached, even if greater resources than first budgeted for are required to complete the assignment. We will only incur and recharge additional expenses following your express approval. Any such additional expenses will be recharged at cost or at an agreed rate.

We will ensure that you are fully appraised of the progress of every assignment regularly at agreed periods and honestly report a lack of progress if this is the case.

We will provide you with feedback from candidates as soon as possible after each interview/ meeting.

We will not discriminate against any candidate on any basis prescribed by UK law or otherwise considered by us to be unethical or immoral.


What we expect of you

Trust, respect and honesty

To be a true business partner and share all information relevant to the search process.

To trust the judgement and advice of your CNA consultant. We expect you to honour the milestones and commitments agreed at the outset and not to radically alter the search criteria without proper consultation. We expect you to fully appraise your CNA consultant of any circumstances or material facts that may affect the progress of the search or your ability to attract our candidates.

The contract we agreed at the outset is binding on both parties and is not open to renegotiation. We expect payment terms to be honoured and all payments to be received by the due date.

An understanding that our processes are very thorough, and that predicted time scales are realistic but may in certain circumstances need to be extended to achieve the best results.

We will not be contacting you for trivial purposes. Please treat all attempts to contact you as urgent and respond as soon as possible.

You will not discriminate against any candidate on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, any other factor prescribed by UK law or any factor that might otherwise be considered as unethical or immoral.
