Job Description

Our client a top 10 pharma company, is now looking for a Integrated Healthcare Manager.

In this role you are responsible for delivering sustainable business contribution growth across your local health economy (LHE) accounts. You will own the business plan for your accounts. You will identify the best opportunities to grow contribution with your account team. You will deploy resource across your accounts and will make recommendations to the Business Manager where you identify the need to change your overall levels of resource. You will personally engage with senior level customer in your LHE's and will line manage a small team of Integrated Healthcare Specialists to facilitate changes in the healthcare environment that benefit patients and our business.

Accountabilities Summary:

  • You will be accountable for engaging high level customers across your local health economies to create favourable environments for our products and develop opportunities for working in partnership.

  • You will be accountable for the development of high quality account plans across your local health economy, that give clear direction across the account team about people's business objectives and customer accountabilities.

  • You will be accountable for the performance of your team of Integrated Healthcare Specialists.

  • You will be accountable for identifying opportunities to resource our business more productively in your region and making clear recommendations to your Business Manager.

Qualifications, Experience:

Educated to degree level or equivalent
ABPI qualified (must be passed if new to pharma industry)
Full driving licence
Business/ commercial related degree
Experience of working in an NHS or pharmaceutical industry role
Proven track record of successfully influencing within large accounts
Proven track record of people leadership
Proven track record of sales & business management success
Experience in PCO and secondary care environments
Self starter & effective problem solver - responsible for own actions and results
