A well qualified Transport/Logistics professional is required to work for this branded,well recognised and growing Retailer and Contract Supplier. Working in a matrix structure you will be responsible for improving financial performance as well as customer service and operational standards. A change agent with strong Supply Chain development skills, you will work with internal and 3PL operational teams to introduce new ways of working. From a parcels, home delivery, or high volume distribution background you will be able to demonstrate achievements in both operational and developmental transport environments. Analytical and strategic, you will also be happy working with a hands-on approach when required. You will be a resilient Manager, with the ability to influence at all levels.
