The last year has seen unprecedented change in the face of Banking in the UK. Despite announcements on redundancy, Government interventions and serious cost constraints there will always be some opportunities. As the recession bites further during 2009 there is likely to be a bigger requirement for people with high quality credit skills and strong communication skills. Proven customer service skills are even more important when businesses and individuals are under financial pressure. Above all with Government keeping a very close eye on banking activity, top quality strong leadership skills are vital and are regularly sought.
