By its nature the Chemical Industry is global, and our practice reflects this. Though we are UK based and have many UK clients, most of our work is outside the UK. We understand the different markets for Directors and Senior Managers in different parts of the world and the factors to be taken into account when someone is asked to relocate, not just within a country, but quite likely to a different country and conditions. We can offer advice on this.

The Chemical Industry’s demographics is heavily skewed to people expecting to retire in the next five years; it is incumbent on the Industry’s leaders to prepare the succession.
