As the world economy begins to recover there is a greater than ever need for the services of experienced and talented consultants to create strategic change across all sectors. The international demand is growing and competition for key individuals is becoming fierce. This we anticipated and through our investment in developing resources we are positioned at the forefront of Executive Search firms in terms of our business-critical knowledge and relationships in this field.

Management Consulting has seen one of the worst years in its history; with clients holding back on most projects to see how things pan out. Throughout 2009 most well known consultancies were letting go of a large number of people but they are now needing top performers in order to stay competitive as the recovery kicks in.

There is a new and fresh wind blowing in this marketplace with a definite recovery in some of the areas/functionalities/industries particularly:
 
- Process improvement / change management

- Procurement

- Financial Services (and, in particular, General Insurance), Healthcare, Public Sector

There is also some revival in the strategy and cost cutting areas of consulting. Strategy has been worst hit in this recession but now there are a few green shoots coming through - a happy sign of recovery and renewal.

Telecoms and CRM are still hard hit but we are hoping these will take a turn for the better soon.
